Sale of NRAM personal loans

We agreed to sell and transfer our portfolio of unsecured personal loans to OneSavings Bank plc and subsidiaries of Marlin Financial Group Limited.

If your loan was included in the portfolio of loans transferred to a Marlin Financial Group company (“Marlin”), then you will have received a letter from NRAM and Marlin in October 2013. The transfer of legal title from NRAM to Marlin was completed as of 28 October 2013.

If your loan was included in the portfolio of loans to be transferred to OneSavings Bank (under the trading name Kent Reliance) then you will have received a letter from NRAM and OneSavings Bank in February 2014. The transfer of legal title from NRAM to OneSavings bank was completed as of 10 February 2014.

What does it mean for you if your loan was transferred to Marlin?

If your loan was transferred to Marlin, from 28 October 2013 Marlin became responsible for the ongoing management of your loan, including responsibility for all administration and communication relating to your loan. Marlin also have full entitlement to receive the repayments to your loan.
