We understand that nobody likes talking about money issues. But if you are worried about being able to afford your mortgage payments, it is imperative that you let us know.

Our aim is to help make sure you put the right plans in place now for a more secure financial future, so you can continue to afford your monthly payments and are in a position to pay off your mortgage when the time comes.

What does a Customer Review offer?

This service could help you in a number of ways:

  • help you understand the rental income and expenditure within your property portfolio
  • help you to prioritise your debts and expenditure
  • help you understand your options so you can plan ahead and take the right course of action for the future
How does the service work?

A Customer Review is not a sales call. It is an informal telephone based review with a member of our expert team. During the call, we will discuss your current financial circumstances, to help ensure that you don't miss your payments and so avoid putting your property investment at risk.

Even if you are not currently struggling to meet your mortgage payments, circumstances can change quickly. We want to ensure that you are well placed to meet any challenges ahead, so you can make an informed decision about your mortgage and property investment strategy in the future.

If you have an interest only mortgage, we will also ask about your repayment plans to ensure you've got a sensible and robust way of repaying your mortgage balance at the end of your term.

What if I'm not currently struggling?

Even if you're not currently struggling to meet your mortgage payments, circumstances can change quickly. We'd like to ensure that you are well placed to meet any challenges ahead, so you can make an informed decision about your mortgage and property investment strategy in the future.

What if I've already missed a mortgage payment?

If you are having immediate problems in paying your mortgage, or have already missed a payment, then please contact us as soon as possible. We have a range of options that could potentially support you, so the sooner you call – the sooner we can try and help.

To hold a Customer Review simply contact us and ask about this service. We will need to discuss your current income and expenditure so it's worth having details of your rental income and bills with you when you call.
